My life lesson

A lesson i have learned this week is that fighting gets you nowhere in life.  Like all week people have been arguing and made me have not one good day. For example me and my best friend/sister argued today because of absolutely nothing. To be honest i feel like people should talk things out more, not arguing but listening. So if something happens both the people involved should talk it out and instead of jumping to conclusions. Like in the movie "Baraka Boys", Montrey always wanted to fight. When he first  got to the school he was the same exact way. Later on in the movie he started to progress. By the end he learned how to control hes anger and talk it out instead of fighting. I honestly think its really possible to overcome that and be able to handle things in an adult way.

Bumped

My independent reading book is about two sister one named harmony she's the church girl , she's sweet doesn't like conflict and is engaged at 16. Oh this book is set in the future I don't know how many year into the future though. Then there is her sister melody she's not the mean on that I know of yet but she is pregnant. She's got pregnant because in the future there was this virus going around and anyone over the age of 16 is pregnant also they didn't know each other. Harmony wanted to find her birth parents because she knew she was adopted so instead she found her sister, tracked her , called her , and went on her door step it brought them close even though at first melody didn't want to get close to her sister she did.

The Baraka Story

I think about the Boys of Baraka they had school problems before they went off to Africa but when they went off to the school in Africa they still had they problems but it took time for them to get an better attitude and stop being bad. They had fun while it lasted but when the school year was over they had to go back home and when they found out that the school was shutting down they got all mad and making these comments about how it's not gone be the same and how they gone go back how they were. I think about the school was shutting down was not right because that had messed up them kids childhood because all they knew was being bad, selling drugs, having guns, going to jail so that was most of their mind set. Later in life I think about 2 of them went to jail and one still in jail. That school was for them it taught them well it was a good school . They had good staff that knew how to teach the kids. I think the school could have prevented the kids of having a bad future and getting in trouble if the school was still around they could of got somewhere in life like Devon.

what I'v learned this week

this week I have learned about how most schools don't no how good they have it .I watched a video about the boys of baraka and how they were faced with so much adversity but almost all of them over cam these adversity . these boy's had every thing against them but whit good role model and the support from the baraka school .I think my school is pity good.

"choose your friends wisely".

I learned that not everyone can or is your friend(s). and the people or person you think is your friend(s) could be the people that's really trying to put you in a bad mood because you are doing way better than them in life so they will think of something that can always make you angry without you knowing that they were or are behind your anger until you sit back and really think about who your real friends. so choose your friends wisely and try as hard as you can to keep drama as far away as possible.
Think you don't get to just choose who you're friends with? Absolutely not. You get just as much say who your friends are as they do. Making friends is one thing, but choosing who your friends are is incredibly important, because your friends are your guides in life as well as the people who help define who you are. In some ways, they are family. There are some friends who are closer to you than others, but who you choose to share important parts of your life with matters.

Choose a Friend Who is Honest

A friend that is honest is one of the best friends you can have. Trust and honesty are cornerstones in any relationship. Choosing a friend who can tell you how it is will be something you'll appreciate greatly (albeit, you may not always appreciate it in that particular moment, you'll look back on it and appreciate it later...really). An honest friend will keep you from walking out of the house wearing that awful green shirt or tell you that the girl you're going to ask out isn't interested. They're supportive in their honesty, and you should choose someone you know will not lie.

On the book I'm reading "The Warsaw Ghetto" so far the Germans invaded North European, because Hitler's European neighbors wouldn't give away land, so Hitler and his army invaded them. Then they invaded the Jews. The Germans tortured them, made them scrub sidewalks, made them lick the ground clean, and cut off their beards with bayonets. Germans would break into female Jews house and force them to strip and dance for them.
